Technical data of Gemelli FPC/ SPC 248 and 330 scythes:
- Fixed hydrostatic, hydraulic motor drive, exclusive to the Gemelli scythe. Thanks to the special hydrostatic drive, the power requirement is 30-40 % lower than for disc-type mowers, but the speed and power are higher.
- Drums are flexible and ground following.
- Can be used in all weather conditions (wet soil, dew, dew-covered crops, mole holes), does not clog. It mows with excellent quality 24 hours a day.
- Excellent cutting quality and spike penetration thanks to the rubber spike.
- Available working speed: 25-30 km/h.
- Capable of mowing all crops: alfalfa, grass, energy grass, etc.
- Front suspension (FPC) on the front 3-point suspension of the tractor.
- Power requirement FPC: 60 kW/80 HP
- TLT drive requirement FPC: 1000 rpm
- Using a combination of a front-suspended and a semi-suspended mower, the working width can be doubled. In this case, the 248 scythe has a capacity of 5-12.4 ha/h, the 330 a capacity of 6.6-16 ha/h.
